- Earthworks: the price includes what is foreseen for flat land, always on firm ground and without any complications.
- The type of final foundation, various movements, and the excavation for the swimming pool will always be determined during the earthworks phase under the supervision of the Architect.
- Any price modification will be evaluated separately (rocks, clay, slopes, ramps, ...).
