PAYMENT METHOD

of the procurement process:

1 After choosing the PACK, a provision of funds (3.000 euros) must be paid as a reserve, which will be deducted from the payment of the last instalment.


2 When approving the turnkey budget, the following must be in place +/- XXX.000 €:


a. Purchasing of the plot of land + TAV + notary public XXX.000 € + XX.000 € (10%)* +/- 2.000 €
b. Down payment to the constructor: 20.000 € + 2.000 € (10% IVA) = 22.000 €

which subsequently will be deducted from the total price of the house.


3Upon receiving the building permit, approximately €XX,000 must be available:
a. Municipal taxes + building permit: €X,000
b. Utility meter connections: €1,000
c. Initial payment to the builder for starting the works

At the beginning of the foundation phase:
€XX,000 (15%) + €X,000 (10% VAT) = €00,000

b. When ordering the material                         % + IVA
c. When erecting the truss structure               % + IVA
d. When waterproofing the roof                       % + IVA

4 Once the construction has been completed, any remaining amount will be paid at the signing of the public deed.
