    Yes, but not on any terrain.

    In order to prepare the budget, we need the data of the land to assess its viability. 


    We do not prepare a budget without the plot: not all houses fit on any land, depending on

    the characteristics and urban planning regulations.

  • Do you have agreements with banks for self-promotion mortgages?

    Yes, we work with several banks.

    We also have our own in-house financial department to help you find the best financing option. This is a free service.
